Enter the customer's email and booking ref, then record fuel and damage. The system will calculate charges, capture the deposit, charge any overage, generate a bill of sale, and email the customer automatically.
Security deposit: If there are no charges, the $500 hold is canceled immediately (releases within 2–5 business days).
If charges apply, the deposit is captured and any overage over $500 is auto-charged to the card on file.
