No certification is required, but you should have some familiarity with operating heavy equipment. We provide a safety walkthrough before every rental. If you've never operated an excavator before, we strongly recommend starting with a short lesson first.
A valid driver's license, a credit card for the damage deposit hold, and a signed rental agreement. You must be 25 or older.
Call our support line and we'll troubleshoot with you. If it's a mechanical issue on our end, we'll credit your rental time. We keep our machines well-maintained and pre-inspected before every rental.
Yes. We operate 7 days a week. Weekend delivery is available at standard rates — book at least 24 hours in advance for weekends.
Call or text us as soon as you know. We'll extend your rental if the machine is available. Day-of extensions are charged at the daily rate.
